Terrible Experience
I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for a pedicure, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the technician showed no professionalism:
• They scraped my toes with the file, causing discomfort and pain.
• Cut my nails horribly, without even asking if I wanted them round or square.
• They even filed my nails and skin, which was completely unnecessary and painful.
I told the manager twice that I was not happy with the service and that the technician wasn’t doing a good job. However, instead of addressing the issue, she said she would check after finishing with another client. She never did.
The service was incomplete and poorly done:
• No proper cleaning was performed.
• The soles of my feet were not filed adequately.
I spent an hour suffering in this place, and my feet were burning afterward due to the poor treatment. Worst of all, despite this horrible experience, I was still charged $35 for such poor service.
Avoid this place! They clearly don’t value their customers or have trained staff to provide a proper pedicure.

i have been going here for years for acrylic nails, they have always been able to get me in, i always get compliments on my nails, and pricing is amazing!

I got fungus in one of my toenails. First it turned black, I used Opti-nail for treatment, my toenail fell off!! They don't use liners in the pedicure bowl. I made a mistake and wasn't paying attention. Do you really want to go there. It also smells bad in there. ?????

I almost don’t want to give a review because I feel like we’ve found this sweet little spot and they do such a great job making you feel special. They are a couple running the place, so call and make an appointment. Walk in are hard for them but they will accommodate anyone who stops by. Super friendly and easy going. Manicure, pedicure, eye brow wax, gel, & powder dip nails… you want it and I’m sure they will make it happen for you.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Clean facility. Friendly interactive staff- Lannie and Vickie are wonderful. You are treated as an appreciated customer and not as just an individual there to perform a service on quickly to get paid. Quality work, pedicures last 6 weeks and that’s with toes in the sand several of those 6 weekends. Long lasting color on nails. Highly recommend.Services: Acrylic nails

I finally found my pedicure place! I had a pedicure done on July 17th and just now took it off only because of growth out from the cuticle (3 weeks). Now I know pedicures last longer than manicures. However, I had this done before a trip where I was hiking through rivers and trails in open toed Chacos, in sand barefoot, more hiking, white water rafting, and still the regular nail polish pedicure never chipped or looked bad. Usually, I have to get gel pedicures if I really don’t want chipping and it often still does.Other than it holding up, the price was awesome, staff very friendly and welcoming, very clean, and great selection of colors! I really can’t say enough good things and I would assume the manicures and other services are equally impressive. I won’t name places but I have tried many many others around O Fallon that look nice but that is all they have going for them and are not nearly as clean.Hope this helped someone else looking for a great nail salon!Services: Polish removal

I've been coming to Divine Nails for several years, and that is because the owners Lonnie and Vicky are the best of the best. Always so warm and inviting, great conversation and best of all, my nails look perfect each and every time. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you both for all that you do!
