I’m surprised to read another reviewer’s experience with the same situation of a Sunday same-day delivery not being available. Shout out to Vicky at EA for finally figuring out an Uber delivery.

I placed a same-day delivery order on a Sunday for a friend's birthday and was surprised to receive a call from the store informing me they didn’t have a delivery driver available. I was initially disappointed since I had paid extra for same-day delivery and expected the gift to arrive on time. However, the employee went above and beyond—she called me back shortly after and arranged for an Uber to deliver the order so it would still arrive that day. I truly appreciated her effort and dedication to making it work despite the circumstances. That said, it would be helpful if the website clearly indicated that Sunday deliveries might not be guaranteed or if that option wasn't available when drivers aren't scheduled. I could tell the employee was stressed, but her willingness to step up did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making sure the gift was delivered!

They don’t check their voicemails or call you back so if you need to reschedule your order you need to repeatedly call to get someone.

I'm sure the arrangement will be delicious and I would order again... but never this location.
Septembet 8th Sunday at 9 am, I call to check if my order is ready and met with short and callus answers on the other side of the phone. Rude and short with me. Hangs up promptly. I get there to pick up she is still being rude.
So I don't know if she has stuff going on at home but she needs an attitude adjustment.

Bought a 70 dollar fruit arrangement and all the fruit was horrible except the honeydew. Called and complained was told that they have issues with the fruit. Received 6 chocolate strawberries for the replacement which is no where near what we spent. Worker was rude when picking up the replacement and was told they cannot taste every fruit. Will not purchase anything from them again and will tell my friends.

In a time when customer service has mostly gone by the wayside, Edible Arrangements in O’Fallon is a wonderful exception. Not only was my recent order executed perfectly and ready ahead of schedule, the proprietress went out of her way to honor a coupon that the website refused to allow me to enter even though my order was eligible. The order was beautifully prepared and the recipients delighted. I will certainly order from EA O’Fallon again!

No Star! This is my second family member with cancer whom I have tried multiple times to get an arrangement for. No matter the time of day I have called or stopped by, nothing. No answer of the phone just rings and rings until it times out and you have to leave a message or hang up. And the door is ALWAYS locked but the sign says open. My daughter wanted to apply because there is a Now Hiring sign but was told she was too young to work there, but she is 16 almost 17. This place does not seem to want my business.

Bought a Valentines bucket for my wife with chocolate strawberries and hearth shaped pineapples , paid over $ 100 for it and fruit was flavorless and strawberries were getting bad already ? not recommended at all

Received a surprise gift from this location for Valentines Day! It was beautifully arranged in a red & pink tin with chocolate covered strawberries and heart-shaped pineapple slices. It brightened my day and tasted delicious ?
