We are so grateful for the staff at the O’Fallon Store. We downsized and had some beloved furniture and things and the process to get in and out is seamless. I also can’t praise the management staff. You can call them and they answer. I feel like they really care for us and taking good safe care of our belongings.

All I can say is… Wow! I’ve only rented a storage unit one other time in my life, Extra Space is over the top. Easy access, friendly staff, clean, clean, clean, the app works great to open all doors including our storage unit. There are always flat tracks available to help move your items. The drive up area is roomy, plenty of space to unload into wide doors and oversized elevators.
We highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you use this place GET THE INSURANCE, or don’t put anything in this facility unless you would be okay with having mold on it. The entire building reeks of mold. Recently a tenant lost everything she owned due to negligence of the facility not cleaning up water leaks. The site manager told us the 2nd floor and 1st floor sustain damage from pipe leaks and water seeping up through the floor. This has happened to multiple tenants, be careful.

Demarco is great and the sign up process is easy. This place is freakishly clean and secure. The Bluetooth locks work seamlessly. Totally worth the money.

Demarco did all the heavy lifting. He provided a cart for the furniture. He said we completed the move in 22 minutes. Your second floor leaked rain into the unit, and we had a swift time to move the furniture to a nearby unit. Demarco is pleasant and professional.

The location is perfect, and the facility is very clean and ahead of the competition. The app is very easy to use, and the Bluetooth locks are convenient as well. Demarco in the office is a true professional. You can tell he cares about what you have to say and anticipates your needs.

Such a great experience with Extra Space - they’ve certainly gone above and beyond to help me and my family as we moved. They’ve been friendly, helpful and professional- and the building has always been super clean, which has been nice as well. The new manager is amazing! 5 ⭐️!
