I bought a vehicle in March this year. Within a week I was experiencing some shaking. Brought it to the hwy k location. Waited about 5 hours and they ended up replacing rotors. This was covered fully under warranty within the try before you buy period. Left and car was still shaking. Came back and they were mad… at me!! For even questioning their work. Taking about and oh now you have a broken tire belt that we didn’t see the first 5 hours we had your car. They replaced 2 tires. Now 3 months down the road just found out my brake pads are sitting at a 2 and how dangerous it is. The mechanics i worked with today stated that there was absolutely no reason the rotors were changed and not the brake pads and that no way possible could they have worn down that quick if it was sitting at a 6 like Firestone said. Again all of this would have been covered under warranty had they just did their jobs they were paid to do. Let’s go ahead and top that non completed job with the fact my brand new 3 month old tires have toe wear from them not properly aligning the tires after installation. This shop is a joke. When I called and asked for a manager another guy named curt got on the phone very ignorant saying he wouldn’t know and can’t see anything without looking at the car. He said he changes rotors all the time and doesn’t change brake pads. Refused to bring up my invoices and look. Asked if he was a manager and he said “yeah I’m a manager… sure” well that didn’t make me feel “sure” said he couldn’t get it in until the following week. I explained that this is a mistake on their end and they needed to fix it immediately that I drive with children in the car and it’s dangerous. He said no I could drop it off and it maybe will be tomorrow but could be next week. Who can go that long without a vehicle? He was very rude, I mean RUDE. I believe in accountability. Period. I will be holding them accountable to now reimburse me for what I will have to spend out of pocket and I’d also like the 2 brand new tires they just put on replaced, balanced, and aligned properly this time! This is ridiculous your employees think treating customers like this is okay. And then sending them on the road with a job only half way done? They will end up killing someone in an accident one day.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for over four decades now and trust them completely to keep my car safe! Today while in for service I witnessed the team going above and beyond the call of duty.
A couple of young men were on a road trip from Sikeston MO back home to Kansas City.
Their car broke down and it was close to quitting time. There was no way to get them in and out right away, so they were looking at having to spend the night and head back to Kansas City in the morning.
Upon hearing their story, the team at Firestone figured out a way to help there young guys get taken care of today.
Very proud of my local Firestone team!

Dropped car off for AC inspection, walked out door for only $10 because they had a deal going on, didn’t get the news I wanted but they were prompt and fast at getting my car diagnosed.

Brian over the phone was extremely rude. Said they could look at the car tomorrow (wednesday) and I asked if they would need to ship in any parts for my car to see if it would take longer. he did not answer my question and just said he could look at it tomorrow. I said “okay well i work on thursday morning i was just seeing if i could have it back by then” he replied “well tomorrows wednesday”. very clearly trying to make me feel stupid while not answering a single question i asked. this is the only interaction i needed to have to know to never come to this location. I don’t know how you guys expect to keep customers when your employees talk to them however they want to. clearly there is no discipline based on the other bad reviews.

The staff was amazing and all of the work was done to perfection. We got new tires at an amazing price. No problems at all.

A guy there named Tony was super helpful and was really nice, had a meeting to go to and needed out quick, Tony ensured I got in and out fast and efficiently, all the work done on my car was done very well too

My car was making a noise I took it to Firestone they said I had a rotor cease up so I told them to replace all my pads why they was fixing it they only did my back ones they trying to double dip I see it's stuff like this that gives mechanics a bad name I been a good customer to Firestone I brought both my vehicles over the years to be fixed but they don't make this right they will loose me as a customer all together
