Terrible experience with this bank. I had completed a loan closing and processing time was supposed to be 3 days. The bank had misplaced the paperwork and ended up closing 2 weeks later. When speaking with the Manager Anita Shepard to rectify the poor customer experience it was determined that she would not be able to assist or resolve this issue other than finalizing the loan. This is very poor business when a breakdown in the process and customer service had taken place. Good luck to those using the Dardenne Prairie location in hopes that the same customer service is not passed on to you

Because I am a new Missouri resident and my previous bank did not have any branches nearby, it was necessary that I open an account at a local bank. After much comparison of various banks, I decided First Bank would best meet my needs. I tried to make an appointment online to open an account, however, due to my availability, the weekday offerings would not work within my schedule. I called this branch in particular on a Saturday morning and they were glad to help that very day. I was told everything I would need to bring over the phone by an employee, Nadia. Upon arrival, Nadia was able to help me open an account and even offered additional information on services and account types that may be beneficial to my family in the future. Though I am new to this area and this bank, I was grateful for their same-day help as well as the fact that I spoke with one individual over the phone and was able to complete the process with the same individual. Thus far, I would recommend this bank and this branch!
