Kyler did an awesome job of communicating with me as I waited for my car to be delivered to the dealership. He kept me informed, offered to answer any questions I had, and made the whole car-buying process easy! I highly recommend this dealership!

I usually work with James H but this time I worked with Kim G and she was amazing! I know what I'm getting when I come take my car for service here. They give me upfront answers with upfront pricing. Definitely recommend.

I have had the most unprofessional experience with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle in June and started calling them and leaving messages for them to call me back about the title to the vehicle. They do not return calls and when I called on Aug 11th I spoke to a Kyler and he advised me that the duplicate title was ordered on Aug 1st and it would be about 4 weeks to come in. When I called today, because I do not trust what I'm being told at this point, Malachi told me that the title was ordered on Aug 11th, the day that I spoke to Kyler. I was lied to by Kyler. Malachi said it would be a couple more weeks til it comes in. I am highly disappointed in this company as I assumed it was a reputable company that took pride in how they conduct business. I also called and left a message with manager Matt Prater and have not received a call back from him either.

Wonderful experience!Wonderful buying experience for my son's first car! Thanks to Elyse for a perfect and efficient internet sales experience. THIS is the way car buying should be. Responsive, transparent and respectful.Next day experience with Cody for wrap up and delivery was just a continuation of the day before. The whole team made us feel so special!TOTALLY different experience from a competitor down the street just two nights prior, especially from the finance perspective. The special touches also made a difference -- The tour of the service department, special treats in the dealership and a special treat at home (will keep that a secret!). Definitely recommend and we are "Leta for Life!"

Great service, done right and guaranteed but as with everything else, pricing for some things (primarily labor) is waaaaaay out of line. The service techs though do their very best to find savings for the customer and that is appreciated.

We did not read reviews before going to this branch. Staff at Acura branch in South County was nice but the Acura we wanted had been taken to Honda branch (O'Fallon MO) so we went there. Worst experience ever with getting title paperwork for the car purchased on 5/3/23. They did not mail out paperwork until JULY 3, which was when we called for the 100th time and threatened to return untitled car. Interestingly, the FedEX envelope (how paperwork was mailed) ship date shows 30 JUNE. FedEX tracking didn't activate til late on July 3. We did not receive FedEX delivery until late afternoon on JULY 6, which is 90 days from the 4/6 date on the ID/OD Verification (same with safety inspection but luckily car is exempt ). We were unable to get to DMV before it closed that day so now that it's past 90 days we have to get another inspection. NOT worth driving 25+ miles to wait at this dealer to re-do so I paid out of pocket locally. A good dealer would have given up the option to drive up (even though it's far) to their location to get the paperwork in time. Horrible management at this location. They only want your money.

They are pricing cars over MSRP. Don't forget which dealers were doing this because it's going to turn around.

I purchased my 2017 Honda Odyssey from Frank Leta in 2021. Late last year, while accelerating onto the highway, the car had a fairly noticeable “chugging” sensation, and the Check Engine light started flashing.I took the car in to Frank Leta’s Service Center. They ran diagnostics and test drove it and said that ultimately what was likely causing the issue was dirty transmission fluid. They flushed that and said the van drove fine. This was covered under my warranty, so I was charged nothing at this time. One month later, the same problem occurred. I took the car into Frank Leta again. They said this time that they had isolated the issue (one of the coils was worn down and was causing a misfire). They replaced the coil. They said this was not covered under my warranty and I was charged $380. I paid and left. When I got home I reviewed the Ethos Group coverage I purchased when I bought the vehicle (for $2600). I called my Service Advisor (Tyler) and asked why the coil wasn’t covered under the policy I bought. He was polite but said he was swamped with work and would get back to me the following week. That was several weeks ago, and I never heard back from him. This morning while my wife was driving the van home with our 3 kids, the van started sputtering like crazy (worse than ever) with the check engine light flashing. I am getting really tired of this. The issue needs to be fixed for good.Service: Engine repair

I cannot overstate how strongly I would recommend NOT going to Frank Leta for your car buying needs.Without going too far into the weeds, I thoroughly believe I was dismissed and treated so poorly in favor of couples looking to buy the vehicle I had already decided on due to bias from the Sales Manager, Matt, who I do not think believed I would obtain financing (I did; indeed both couples that they tried to process before me did not). While I waited, after driving out to the location twice from the city, for them to unsuccessfully process these two couples I was told they were being favored in line "because they were physically in the showroom before me" which was not even technically true. It was all such a mess - unnecessarily time consuming and inconvenient. After purchasing the vehicle, my temp tags expired before anyone sent me the title (a full week over the 30 day period to pay for everything so I got slapped with a $25 fee from the DMV). I still have not received any of the payment info from the financing company.I would NEVER, ever buy from Frank Leta again. Horrible sales service. Horrible management. I would take my chances literally anywhere else. Thank god I love my new SUV or I would probably be depressed about it.

We purchased Honda Accord in 2017 from Leta Honda - it was a really good experience to the point, that we also purchased Acura from Leta in 2020. We purchased extended warranty on the Accord and we were guaranteed the lifetime warranty from Leta as well - great! We are covered, right?2023 - my AC is down... Called Leta - yes, it should be covered by our lifetime warranty - come over! If it's not - it will cost you ~$140 for the diagnostic. Went to the service - neither your extended warranty (up to 100K - mine is 112K) nor our lifetime warranty covers it and Your diagnostic cost is $250. TOTAL RIP OFF! Stay away! 2017 Civic was recalled for AC, Accord wasn't... Supposingly, my AC problem is caused by a ''dent'' made by a stone on the road... I only use it to commute on a highway... This is my 4th Accord since 2009 - next car will not be Honda. Thanks Honda Leta for making the choice easy for me!

I got tires from this place for my Honda. I do all my services there. they told me if I get tires from there rotations are free. next time I get there I told them to rotate my tires and they said it cost $25 dollars. The car wash is always down. I have a recall on my truck and they made sure they have parts to replace it. so I scheduled everything waited two hours for them to tell me they didn't have a part. now they keep bothering me about the recall so I just called them and they said we don't have parts your going to have to come in and have a rep take a picture of the problem (wires showing) then they might fix it when they get a part. so basically a safety recall is going to be a 3 trip fix.

100% positive experience. Called at 11:00 and had an appointment at 1!! Took care of all issues and I was treated with respect. Dave was my service advisor and he was great. Thank you Frank Leta Honda, for restoring my faith in dealerships. Moving forward, I won't go anywhere else!
