Disappointed with Eyebrow Waxing Experience
I recently visited this nail salon and asked for an eyebrow waxing, but I was very disappointed with the experience. First of all, they didn’t even have a proper setup for waxing. I was placed on a regular chair in the middle of the salon, and the lighting was so poor that it didn’t seem like they could even see what they were doing properly.
The actual waxing was rushed and poorly done. It honestly didn’t even look like I had been waxed at all—there were still plenty of stray hairs left, and the shape of my brows wasn’t cleaned up or defined. It felt very unprofessional and careless.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this salon for eyebrow waxing. It didn’t meet even the basic expectations, and I definitely won’t be returning for that service.

Such nice people! I've gone and come back and I had a great experience! My crappy gel top I had was fixed for a retreat! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Daniel was so great and gave me a wonderful, relaxing pedicure and for massage!! The salon is very clean and the staff are all very friendly!!

Awful place. My mom and I got there at 12:45pm and left after 3pm. They did my pedicure which took over an hour and then did my mom. They also told my mom she had to take her own gel off so she sat there doing that for an hour.

Tracy was attentive, took her time, and made me feel welcome. The pedicure was fantastic. The chairs give you a roller massage and my nails look great!!

I was cut on the heel with a foot rasp on 9/10/24 @ 6:15. The worker didn’t ask permission, he just started using the foot rasp. I believe these are illegal in Missouri Nail Salons. After the worker cut me and it started bleeding, he pushed my foot into the pedicure tub filled with water. He then touched the open wound with the tip of a bottle filled with a blue/green liquid to make it stop bleeding (I’m freaked out that the bottle could’ve touched another open wound). Next, he took a small piece of cotton and applied it directly to the cut without having gloves on. It all happened so quickly that I didn’t have time to correct him. I just told my husband, “I’m done and we’re leaving”. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow because my heel is painful and I want to understand what the potential risks are (like hepatitis or staphylococcus). It is important to note this is only my second time at this salon. We had a positive experience earlier in the summer with the owners…this time a different male nail tech was providing the service. I understand that a foot rasp may be “easier”, but there is a reason they are illegal in Missouri…I would recommend finding another salon, even if other techs are good, why risk it. I’m sure my doctor visit will cost more than a $50 pedicure. This could’ve been avoided by adhering to Missouri nail salon guidelines. Do better.

The guy that did my nails was horrible. He hit my fingers multiple times put the powder on so thick. I must get them redone. Worst exp ever.

I’ve been to French before and had wonderful results. Unfortunately, this time I did not. My friend had Danielle and she is extremely happy. As you can see in the photos the fingernail polish is definitely not close enough to the cuticles. And the toenail polish is not on evenly or heavy enough. This is day :((

Best pedicure and mani ever! Very attentive and friendly customer service.
Loved everything and offered water.
From Wyoming and visiting for hockey.
I'll be saving for next time!
