I’ve been going to GC since 1985. The location on VNP in O’Fallon MO is the worst salon I’ve ever been in. The rudest hair cutters (because that’s all they are) ever. If you try to tell them what YOU want, they cut you off or talk louder over you, telling you what they want to do.
The cuts are getting worse too. My hair to the right is longer than on the left. They half shave my neck, and I never get what I want done. If I didn’t have visual issues that prevent me from driving, I would never step foot in this shop again. Unfortunately, it’s where I have to go.

I am not sure what just happened but it was nothing like I ever experienced before when getting a hair cut. I simply needed a trim, sure but 9 minutes? I had to pay $20 for 9 minutes of sometimes time when I could have easily done the chopping they did on my hair. I assumed I would have had my hair washed like most hair cut services provide but they didn’t even wet it! There was about a 3 minute discussion (out of the 9 I was in there) and then, not even parting my hair correctly, she just started cutting. I don’t know if maybe she was in a hurry (even though the salon was empty) or if maybe her health wasn’t in a place where she could stand long enough for a proper hair cut (she could hardly breathe) but I know that was by far the worst, most unprofessional hair cut I have ever gotten. ?

Stylist: She completely ignored what type of hair style I'm looking for, I even showed a Picture of hair style.
Ignored me completely and went with haircut they have saved on my name.
She was rude and arrogant.

Hairstylist did an awesome job with my son's hair. He showed them a picture of the hairstyle he wanted and they did it perfectly.

They have gone downhill. We sat there fir 10 minutes. No one there. They decided to take a break. It was 9:30 in tbd morning. I asked for layers and it looks like this woman frigging just decided to chop my hair any way possible. Very pissed off. I have gone there for over 30 years. Don't think I will be back.

This is my bad experience 2nd time in a row. She did complete my haircut under a minute. All trimming done by clippers and didn't even put effort to cut the hair around the ears. Very disappointed. Would never visit again. Supercuts is 10 times better.

Just walked in to get my son a hair cut 25 mins before closing. The employee made it a point to look at her watch and I asked "is it too late for a hair cut" she just said "ehhh". Yeah, no thank you. If you act like that before you give a haircut, I definitely don't want one from you because you won't care. Last time coming here. I don't want to inconvenience anyone...
