As a small business owner with hands in several pots I hated going to the bank. I was connected with Jen Begley and that’s when everything changed. My wife and I didn’t want to mess with the nuances of opening accts, going back & forth, checks, etc. Jen not only took care of everything, but did so flawlessly. Quite honestly, probably the only reason we bank with them is their customer service as Jen and her team go above & beyond our expectations!

I started an account with Home Bank a couple years ago in Hannibal because my Bank at the time was "too big" to provide a service that I need as a small business owner in a timely manner. This would have cost my company thousands. Home Bank came through for me and I've continued to bank with the Lake St. Louis branch. Tej and his group are on the ball. For example, if Tej misses one of my calls which is rare, he or one of his teammates are quick to call back and take care of my needs. They have provided a first class banking experience for my company.
