I found sheds direct online and when I called. Becca was really sweet. I told her what I was looking for and that it had to have electric. She assured me that it did. So I trusted her that it would and didn't read the agreement she mailed me. When the shed showed up. Not only did it not have electric, but it didn't even have walls. And I watched a wasp climb into the ceiling where the wood didn't fully connect. I called and tried to explain my situation and ***** passed me off to her boss where he offered me the amount she had offered me a savings off the price in a check. So I don't know if I am back to paying full price or not. And I had to call multiple times to get it in the mail. I got it 3 months later. I wasn't able to use the shed until 3 months after I got it. And I noticed there is a dip in the floor and after it rains. You can hear the water being squeezed apart when u shut the door. It's also started bubbling the plastic off the bottom of the door frame. Don't get me wrong, the shed is pretty. I am just heart broken it was cheaply made and not even built correctly. I thought for 10k and it being Amish built. It would be worth every *****. Not a worthless crappy money pit that I probably won't get my money's worth out of. I don't know how to rectify this or get out of the agreement. Plz help.

Your warranty is first class. Even thro the first ones I received were bent in shipping you sent the next ones no problem. I appreciate it.

Sheds Direct Stores shipped my greenhouse promptly. It was packed well and there were no missing parts. The price was lower than competitors, too. Highly recommend.

Shopping at Sheds for Less was very easy. The shed we ordered was the lowest price we could find so I was quite happy with the price. The assembly was completed with 2 persons. The directions along with a few clarifications from you tube videos were good. We had no problems with the shed we ordered- it arrived without issue. What I found most helpful was the service we received from Sheds for Less-- I ordered the shed for my son so my billing address and receiving address as well as name were different. I noted that on my order form and Sheds for Less contacted me and my son-- it couldn't have gone smoother. Well Done Shed for Less-- Highly recommend!!

Shed was shipped very quickly. Excellent packaging. The lumber was good quality. Instructions were fairly easy to understand. Order was missing several boxes of nails and I am sure they would have replaced them but I decided to use screws for the missing nails.

I ordered a four person sauna from KitSuperStore and it is amazing. It arrived in perfect condition and was extremely easy to assemble and setup at my house. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing from here again.

The shipment information was right. The person delivered the shed was even nice. (Shipping company?) We are not professional, so it is taking time to build, but it looks good so far. I just wish the floor is more durable.

This site is absolute trash, extremely hard to get through on a call or chat. They do not price match and got through after calling 5 times. They still have not cancelled the order. Customer service goes to some other country and they really don't care. They pass the buck by saying they'll contact the manufacturer. Save yourself hassle and headache and go to a reputed hardware store where they actually care about customers.

Arrived much faster than they’d promised. It was a little inconvenient, but turned out awesome. The price was a lot better than at one of the box stores. The kit was complete and well put together; the instructions were thorough and straight forward. I’m very satisfied.

Really poor customer service. One of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Spend a few bucks more at a big box store and you won’t regret it.
