We have been using Lasater Automotive for years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Kelly got us in promptly, and Tom did a great job on our vehicle. Everybody at Lasater is professional and honest, we wouldn’t take our vehicle anywhere else…never a disappointment. Thanks again for taking care of us and our vehicle!! A+++ all day long.

I have taken my car to them on a couple of occasions, I have always found them to be fair and do a good job. I was referred by a couple of my friends who had work done there and were happy.Kelly kept in contact and let me know what was going on and I like the fact that they are closed on Sat and Sun. That shows it is important to give the employees some family time.I would recommend Lasater to anyone who needs work done and needs to trust the people who are working on it.

Kelly is amazing! He’s so friendly and cares about his customers. I had a safety concern with my car and he was able to coordinate with me to get my car in quickly and even made the (thankfully) minor repair. Thank you so much to Kelly and his mechanics!!

The check engine light on my 87 year-old mother-in-law‘s car came on. She brought the car to a repair shop close to her home in St Charles. They told her that they could not diagnose the problem because the car computer was not sending any signals to their diagnostic tool. They recommended that we bring the car to the dealer to have the cars computer looked at. They warned us that fixing the cars computer would be an expensive repair. We brought the car to Lasater and they were able to diagnose the problem. It was not the cars computer, it was another part which was much less expensive to replace. They were able to fix the car the same day that we brought it in. The car now runs better than it has in quite a while. I highly recommend Lasater.

Can't say enough about these guys. Glad my friends recommended them. My first time dealing with them, not pushy, friendly, patient and thorough. Kelly and Tony were excellent to work with. They got my first major issue taken care of and now I'm letting them do a large amount of work because I trust they will do a great job. Gave me options to do as much or as little as I wanted to and took the time to go over everything on the vehicle with me. You need these guys if you need work done.
