“As someone who has suffered from chronic back pain for decades, Kevin and Lisa brought their expertise and work ethic to bear giving me pain relief I didn't believe was possible. Never once we're we made to feel as if we asked too many questions. We were treated respectfully and with attention to our needs. Kevin treated us as individuals and not as just another number on the financial spreadsheet. Now, add to the fantastic customer service the fact Kevin and Lisa showed up themselves to deliver and set up our new beds!!!! (That's right! We were so overwhelmed by our experience, we bought 2 adjustable frame beds!!!) When was the last time you did business with a local company whose owners not only took the time to match your needs with the right product but also made the delivery and set up themselves?? Even more, they carry American made products. Do the math - small, local business plus American made products plus owners who actually care about their customers plus a first-rate work ethic equals a company with whom everyone should do business! (The cherry on top is they have a completely adorable granddaughter!!!)”
“I need a mattress protector cover today for a queen bed with the newer thicker mattresss. The gentleman found one on the shelf and I purchased it and was on my way. Pleasant experience.”
“I found this place after a friend recommended it and I am so glad she did. The owner, Nader, took time to go through catalogs with me and offered suggestions that pulled it all together. The quality is excellent, and the cost was nearly half of what the exact same furniture was at another store right up the street. Nader, you made a customer for life. Thank you!”
“Great sales. We walked through n and was greeted by Hilliard, she was not pushy and offered great advice. She mostly left us alone, checking in every once in awhile. Perfect! When we finally had questions she was right there, and steered us in the right direction. Highly recommend.”
“We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! Amy was absolutely amazing—she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She was never pushy and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.”
