Michaels is a store with a great selection of kids crafts and so many different cute things, offering everything to create anything. It provides an expansive assortment of popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral, Cricuts, and more, along with party supplies like balloons and decorations. The staff can be knowledgeable, with workers who know their stuff and can take you right to what you need, offering professional service and amazing customer service. Some employees are noted for their willingness, intelligence, and positive coaching. However, it can be super hard to get an employee to help at times as they seem to be understaffed. Some customers also find it annoying when employees follow them around the store. Overall, it is a favorite store for many to unleash creativity and try new artsy stuff.
Did an online pickup for the first time and it was fast and convenient however what was in my baskets wasn’t actually mine it was in a locker but an associate helped me right away. Loved that it was quick and easy

Ashley in the framing department was fantastic today! Gave great suggestions, amazing customer service. She went above and beyond finishing my frame while I shopped, and in between helping other customers. Shout out for this lady!!
