Jim and Jamie were amazing! Been here 3 times now for work on 2 different cars. Love the customer service and the quality workmanship at a reasonable price. It's nice to have a place you can go to. ?

I've been to a few auto shops around O'Fallon and Midas is 100% the best. Better costs, better workers, just an overall better place to take your car. Huge shout-out to Jim too, he helped me go over everything wrong with my car and what we needed to do to fix it, as well as offering me ways to save money. I've never had better customer service than I did with him, huge props.

Dude tried to charge me $93 for an oil change. After confrontation man told me that he had something 'special' on there. Wack service. Left the inside of the car muddy and scraped up as well.

Never ever take your car here!!!! In January 2023, I took my car to the Midas location in O'Fallon, MO to get break pads, an oil change, tires, and a wheel alignment. It cost me close to $1000. Upon picking my car up, my breaks were making a loud squeeking noise so I brought it back. They explained the noise from the breaks were because the breaks were new and that I would hear the loud squeaking noise for about 1000 miles after driving my car. By March, my car sounded like the screaming eagle. My husband continued to reach out to this location and they told us it was nothing they could do about it. They tried to convince us to replace the rotors and get new break pads even though we didnt need new rotors. We thought then our business would be over with them, but then one of the tires we purchased from them got damaged with a nail so we tried to see if they would fix it. After all we've been through with this company, they would not repair the damaged tire. So my husband and I took our business to Dobbs down the street. Not only did Dobbs the replace our tire for a better price and warranty coverage, but they also informed me that I need a wheel alignment which means Midas never did this service on my car but charged me for it. LIARS!!!! I am so dissapointed and will make sure I make it know to everyone I know to never take their car to this piece if garbage of a repair shop. Btw- i posted a review on Midas' website and it does't show so this is another example of how faulty they are and the lying crooks they truly are. Again, never ever ever take your car here. They will return your car worse than you brought it. A Complete waste of money and the biggest scam in St. Charles County!

Absolutely terrible service at Midas. The manager is a very nice guy and is there to help people for their best interest., Within my case I brought a pair of lowering springs to be installed on the front struts, They installed the rear springs on the front struts instead so when putting the car together it was completely screwed up. Having to drop the subframe 2x and put together the struts the correct way. These are McDonalds workers with a wrench.
