“A couple years ago we had a house built. I had some issues with the cabinets that the builder was will to do anything about because it was past our warranty. When I got in contact with Clay he told me he’d come to my house and take a look. And he did! But not only that. He also went above and beyond what he was required to do. He could of just told me the same thing the builder did. But this comes through, looks me right in the eyes, shakes my hand and starts to problem solve. The way he handled the situation reminds of how businesses to be. When companies treated you like you were a person. When businesses stood behind there product.
