I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store by Donell. He helped me pick out the appropriate product I needed and then proceeded to check me out right away. Very friendly. I had a great experience.

I've come in and worked with Donell a few times now. He's been fantastic to work with. He's gone above and beyond every time.
These last couple times I've come in, both he and Daniel helped me. They helped me check to make sure my project would work and then when I came back for the final print, they got me in and out in just a few minutes.
I really appreciate all their help and will definitely be back.

Donnell went above and beyond to assist me today! I ordered a large quantity of prints and got a time to pick up email. I went into the store and there was an issue with my order. Instead of Donnell turning me away, he helped me get a refund for my first order/helped me place my 2nd order and got everything printed/cut right then and there for me! Donnell is a star in the print services area!

There has never been a time where I have gone here and received the same answer twice. I come in with questions and get the most rude answers for not knowing everything about paper and printing. I’m so tired of wasting my time at this store.

I would like to thank the store manager Donnell for his prompt and curtious attention to a warranty issue regarding a defective and damaged chair mat. He made sure that the life-time warranty was honored, and I exchanged the mat for a new one that wasn't cracked. Donnell did so with professionalism and wanted to make sure everything was A' OK with me regarding the product exchange. I can't thank him enough for his customer service. I am a very happy OfficeMax customer and quite satisfied with this transaction and the genuine customer care I've received. Thank You!

Needed to print docs last minute before a meeting and couldnt find the email addy to send it to to print. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE!
wHEN i WENT TO THE STORE AND SENT IT, IT NEVER WENT THROUGH. I LEFT WITHOUT MY DOCS!
MY SUGGESTION: REMOVE ONE OF THE MANY 20% OFF BANNERS AND REPLACE IT WITH THE EMAIL ADDRESS. IF NOT, AT LEAST MAKE IT SEARCHABLE. IT WAS NOT TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE!

I needed a box to send some shoes. A 12x12x5 box was $9. At Walmart it was $2, at the Post Office it was free. Stay away from this scam store.
