Not a professional environment in my opinion. Over the last few years that I've been here it's been teenage staff that have attitude problems. I can honestly say I've been meant with staff that are obviously drunk or high. It is what it is, I've had enough. Auto zone seems like there employees are more in tune

OReilly always has what I am looking for. Occasionally something will have to be ordered but it comes in when they say it does. Always a good experience.

Shout out to Frank!!! He was very attentive to being sure he knew exactly how to install my head light bulbs! I was super impressed over his attention to job detail!! Great customer service also!!

Missing a bolt for a guard under the car. Seth looked up the thread size of the bolt I would need and crawled under my car on a hot summer day to be sure I got the correct part. Very impressive in a day when it's often so hard to find helpful, knowledgeable employees. Thanks Seth.

Both Troy and O'Fallon refused to put in the lights I bought there, despite twice being told that they would do it. Even told them the piece was behind the tire so you don't have to take the top piece off, still said no. So don't believe that they will do what they say as they are proven liars, twice over.

Same everywhere I have been always depened on O'Reilly for repair parts and store help when I didn't know what I needed and now at O'fallon it's great they are here.

Just bought an over flow tank for my car, the sales guy was extremely rude, said my veteran discount was applied, but it was not for both items only 1. Will never go to O'Reilly again!! Autozone it is!!

Called this location several times. Ok at least 3 and everytime it was “can you hold” and I’m on hold for 10 min, that’s crazy. And they were rude answering the phone, he said O’Reillys can you hold so fast and put me on hold, I couldn’t even say sure or ok. Such a Douche. I liked advanced auto better anyway.

I called up and Bruce answered i proceeded to ask if they had a pair of shocks in stock. I was put on hold and stayed on hold for around 20 minutes. After a while i called back and Bruce told me that he forgot that he put me on hold then after that proceeded to tell me i must’ve gotten disconnected

I enjoy my veteran benefits. Green camouflage poles in handicap parking , needs to be painted a more visible color. I damaged my rear bumper attempting to park.

I was broke down on I-70 in Wentzville. I called the Wentzville store and they told me they had the part I needed in O'Fallon. O'Fallon had what I needed and they politely worked with me over the phone to arrange payment and for someone to pick up what I needed. Got me back on the road on a Friday evening and saved the day. Thanks Oreillys and thank you Jesus.
