  They have a great variety of dog food and any other snacks. The problem I have is industry related as why is dog food so high.

  I’ve brought my dog here multiple times to be groomed and it’s been great. However, the service I received today was absolutely disappointing. My dogs haircut is fine, however, the service I received by Tawny when dropping off and picking up was very disappointing!! She didn’t great me, she only spoke negative about my dog, threatening to charge an extra fee if he doesn’t behave, when I left she made a comment “hopefully, he’s good”, I didn’t receive a call but an email saying he was ready for pick up and was charged for being an hour late a policy I was not aware of and had never been charged before, she slammed the dog door in my face as I was putting on my dogs leash and didn’t assist in taking their blue leash off.. there was no greeting as well as no thank you when I left!!! She was very rude and because of this i will no longer be taking my dog here!!

  We took my dads elderly bulldog here today for a bath and a nail trim. Very affordable and they did a great job! 10/10

  I go here somewhat regularly for things for my pets. They usually have some decent sales to check out. They also will price match Purina products for vets/vet techs who have Purina professional accounts. Just show them what you would pay for it, and they'll match it. Very helpful when you're unable to order from Purina for professionals due to food being out of stock with them currently. Usually, petsmart has what I need. Thank you Petsmart!

  My review is for the grooming department!!
  
  I had scheduled my Golden Retriever to get a full bath, brush, hair cut and paid extra for longer brushing with the furminator. After rescheduling her 3xs they tried to call me again and reschedule her for the 4th time. After saying no, I wanted her done before we welcomed a baby into the family they ironically had a cancellation as I had a manager come on the phone. When I dropped her off I was told they can’t take her because her rabies was expired, tried to tell them no it’s not I just got it renewed at her last appointment, said she even has a brand new tag on. She goes to Banfield (same building) and that they could call over to them to verify. Still wouldn’t take her! Now you have been in her chart by now to reschedule her the last 3xs you couldn’t have mentioned her rabies and I could’ve brought the paper?! (Luckily I have the Banfield app on my phone and was able to log in and get it). My golden is still a puppy, so she’s still a little crazy. When my daughter went to pick her up she was told by the tech that she was given hemp treats WITHOUT anyone calling me to make sure it was okay!! My golden can’t handle hemp anything, it makes her extremely sick! Had someone had called me, I could’ve told them not to and why but I didn’t even get that!
  Fast forward to the next day .. Shockingly!! My golden is sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, lethargic. Poor girl was covered in her diarrhea. Called Banfield her vet and they wanted her immediately due to the amount of vomit and diarrhea she was having. PetSmart gave her a complimentary bath once her diarrhea passed and paid for the bill at Banfield (thank you!).
  Today was her comp bath. Go to drop her off and say I don’t want anything given to her. No treats, nothing hemp and I was cutoff and told we don’t give hemp (Oh Really? Because she was given it last week, that’s why we’re here!). Just attitude was given during her drop off. Go pick her up, because she was supposedly done (and getting an text message invoice for $42 for her COMPLIMENTARY bath) and she still has diarrhea all in her tail. I just grabbed her and left. I’m over it.
