Store manager lacks experience it shows all over the store/ I was over charged for chicken bites and it took her several minutes to figure out how to refund my money and gave me cash when I paid with a card/ a week ago they ran out of chicken and my sub had a fraction of the meat it was supposed to have

Every time I've come to this location for the last 10 years, Geoff has been extremely rude as if he doesn't want to work there. The most recent experience with Geoff was on 1/15 where he refused service to me because I was wearing a mask due to being freshly covid positive, and outright demanding that I remove my mask. As a frontline healthcare worker it saddens me that he doesn't care about the health and safety of his staff and coworkers. Thankfully the 7/11 down the street doesn't try to mix politics with business, and they'll receive my money instead from now on.

It takes a lot for me to say something bad about a QT But, this place has wasted more of my time than nearly any store I've ever gone to. I've ordered a sandwich and they forget to put the sauce on the sandwich. They'll forget to slice the sandwich in half too. Having to turn around to get the sauce on your order because someone forgot/didn't care is ridiculous. They also have a bad habit of making people who order more than one item wait. I've ordered my items on the app in the past. Went to the location, waited, saw people walk in and order their items, they get the same exact item that I ordered handed to them while I wait. If you ask for your money back because you've been waiting too long, they'll just stall you out till your order is finally ready because they yelled over to someone to get your order done. Soda and slushy machines are regularly broken. Go to the location near the mall or on Bryan Rd. Somehow they run things well with just as many customers.

Sorry, but this place is amazing. 99 cent roller grill corn dogs??? Grilled cheese! Pizza slices! There kitchen here still has stuff. Most gas station galleys are a shell of themselves. This place is still jamming. Plus, UNSWEET Raspberry Tea!Just awesome! ♡

They got me again!!! Purchased a bacon, egg & cheese taco to only open it and no bacon. This is the second time this has happen. Their were a lot of them made up so I wonder how many more didn't have bacon.

Good food and gas prices are cheap. Employees a little slow, but with a good attitude. They are always busy since the next QT is not close by. Is my one stop in the morning for gas, coffee and a snack. You can have a decent meal for under $10. Just be selective since they have so many options.

To the 2 blonde girls working in kitchen at 3pm today, if you’re gonna talk bad about your customers atleast do it to where they can’t hear. And don’t be laughing about them when you walk by. They literally put our food on the very edge of the counter on their side, so we’d have to reach over to get it, and they didn’t even say anything about if it was ours or not. Of course we’re not gonna know it’s our food if you don’t say anything about it. Stop taking advantage of your decent job and treat your customers how they’re supposed to be treated if you want to keep your job. They didn’t even cut our grilled cheese correctly at all. Like the corner was kind of cut but not even close to the middle. The mac and cheese was also 70% cheese and 30% noodles. Couldn’t even eat it all. Do better ☠️
