My grandma has Alzheimer's and still likes to think she is independent. I was worried going into the bank was going to be a problem but Sean was amazing and settled her with ease and deserves a raise for dealing with her! I'm sure that's not the only time he has helped her out. I appreciate the whole staff for being kind to her! Thank you!

We had a great experience at this location. My boys wanted to make their first deposit from the money from their piggy bank and Matt was so great and patient with them. The manager on staff at the time (didn’t get her name) was also so sweet!! My boys were thrilled and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service we received.

After banking with a credit union for years- we were encouraged to make the switch to Regions Bank. We had a great experience opening our accounts with Gabby Z- and the personal service we have received after has been great. Regions Bank offers additional business services that we never had before. It can be difficult changing financial institutions- learning new programs & how things work. Gabby has made it so much easier. Regions offers many locations, online banking & bill pay and drive up services. Give them a try!

They have destroyed my trust to Regions! This location is like nowhere else in the country... yes, I do travel a lot and have relationships with several banks for 16 years period, so I know exactly what I'm talking about.All their explanations were unclear and uncertain why they can't satisfy my simple need. Barriers, fence, wall.... that was my feeling, while dealing with them.I provided government issued ID, answered all extra questions when usually have NON but my accent and long last name probably made huge difference! What a shame!!!!P.S. All other locations we ever visited provided us class A - exceptional service

This is the best bank in town hands down. The staff always goes out of their way to help with anything you need. When you walk in it's like family atmosphere. I recommend this branch to anyone.
