There's just nothing quite like Ross. You approach the store, trash cans outside are overflowing. I always find comfort your first few steps in and you hear the alarms in the distance from various shoes no one was even by. At Ross you can expect anything, mostly empty racks, more clothing on the ground to pick from. Weird beat up packaging in the beauty section. But it's why I love it. It's always an adventure that's for sure.

Stores fine but they always have the back dressing rooms closed and only 2 infront, so you’re stuck waiting forever to try on clothes. Not sure if they do this at every location but almost worth the drive if you don’t want to sit around and wait to try on clothes.

If I could give a 0 I would. On 10/25 I went to this Ross which I go to here and there and was just looking around for anything that catches my eye. I was being followed in the store by some man ( I'm going to assume he was AP/LP) . Everytime I looked up here is this man acting like he is on the phone but watching my every move. When I went to try on clothes the fitting room was very dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned, dusted, or anything for a very long time. A very frustrating and disappointing experience however I did still spend money there.

11am -4 young women loaded up and ran out the store to a waiting car, one possibly armed with a handgun. Clerks are not allowed to have a phone, so my wife called 911 and gave it to her. Female manager yelled at the clerk and told her to hang up and not call the police. Wife called corporate and was told their policy is not to intervene and NOT to call police. Way to protect the community and other businesses, especially with 2 customers getting pictures of vehicle. Need free stuff, this is the company to go to with no repercussions. The most frustrating is that a weapon was most likely involved and the cowardly manager and woke company did nothing to prevent it from happening again in our, or any, community. Absolutely infuriating and shameful, especially the way the manager treated the young clerk who was the only one with any integrity.

Brought my elderly mother in early afternoon, and was not greeted by the grumpy looking associate-which is fine. About 30 minutes later, once ready to head to the register to pay for the items we ended up with, ran across the same grumpy associate leaving the dressing room with items customers had tried on. We slowed to let her pass. No acknowledgment or even a thank you. That's okay. Our last encounter with the associate who stated her name was Laura, was what has led me to leave this review. As she rang up our items-I apologized to her that my mother only had a $100 on her. She said "I hope I have change because if not I'll have to go break this and it'll be a while." She angrily counted out change, I felt terrible at this point-having been so much trouble. She slammed the money in my hand -and when I said thank you, I appreciate it - she replied UH-HUH. I can help the next person. I asked for her name and she just rolled her eyes and said Laura. Ok. I understand people have bad days, but this was just uncalled for. Most likely we won't be back for awhile because of the embarrassment and disrespect we were shown. Hopefully new employees will brighten up the place.
