Will be changing pharmacies after today. The phone number on my account is wrong. The black woman at the register told a man in line that he could change his phone number with the keypad prompt. When it was my turn at the register, I clicked the prompt to change my phone number and the woman cancelled it telling me she didn’t know what I was doing on there but the information is already in the system. I didn’t say anything and just left with my prescription.
Today when I came back, I told her I’d like to change my phone number when I saw the prompt come onto the screen which asks if the information is correct. She told me I can’t change the number and only she can do it with a code. She then pretended to write my phone number down. I literally have heard her tell another man he could change his number on the keypad the last time I was there. Every single time I’ve come here she’s been noticeably rude to me and her demeanor changes when there’s a line and it gets to me.
I don’t know why she’d make it needlessly difficult for me just to change my phone number but I think it’s because I’m a young woman getting a birth control prescription. I would not recommend to anyone. I have to try to guess when my prescription will be ready because the phone number is wrong and I dread coming in to pick it up because this woman is rude every single time.

CVS is the go to place for discounts on all your medicals needs. They send really good coupons out to their members and you can find something always on sale.

I asked why there weren't as many pharmacy employees. The pharmacist told me that they cut their employees down in the pharmacy. Everyone seems to blame the employees in the pharmacy it's the CVS pharmacy employees double the work getting bad reviews. People need to have patience these days

Someone behind the counter that deals with Medicare should really be more knowledgeable on how Medicare works. I have never ever at any CVS had any positive experience unfortunately, my husband has to use CVS for Aetna insurance. It’s sad thank God he’s not super elderly because the compassion that they have at CVS to assist anyone is absolutely pathetic

Came to this location to pickup a laxative for my 6 year old, had to come back and was told it STILL hadn't been filled so we waited and looked at over the counter options, brought 2 to the counter and the pharmacist told us it was the same as the prescription we were picking up, asked about the dosage for miralax for a 6 year old and he had no idea so he went and printed off the ADULT dosage that is PRINTED ON THE BOTTLE and told us that would work, thankfully we didn't listen and when we got home instead of the "chocolate laxatives" we asked about he had sent us home with pills that my SIX YEAR OLD need to swallow 2 of for each dose!! This person did not care what so ever about anything, I pray for anyone that takes his advice because if you cannot give correct dosage fir an otc laxative who know what kind of medications your giving out to others!!! I will NEVER be back and I hope you evaluate this so called pharmacist that is in charge at your pharmacy!!!! Even the girl at the Register seemed a little concerned at the calls he was making so I hope no one else has a serious issue here!!!!!

There is a lack of organization, communication and concern for their customers at this location, compared to other locations in the area. Was told 3 times a diabetic meter would be available for pick up on a certain date and when I arrived each time was given the run around as to why it was not available. It should not take a month to get a diabetic meter. Your customers deserve communication.
Never a call to let me know or an apology. I am a retail store manager and would never treat my customers this way.!!!

Worse cvs ever! They never have good staff! Their pharmacy is worse never notice people standing there. Takes forever to get rx.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I have given chance after chance to fill properly, transfer scripts properly, even answer the phone properly or at least be halfway pleasant when performing your job. Would like to grocery shop and get scripts at same time here, but will start shopping at a different location because of the horrible pharmacy service at this one.
