The staff, including the weekday manager and other clerks, are wonderful, super helpful, efficient, and professional. They offer excellent customer service, consistently going above and beyond. Employees are known for their expertise and for making customers feel comfortable, even when they are frustrated or intimidated. They take care of all paint needs and questions, and will find a way to get products even if out of stock. This is why customers, including contractors, keep coming back for all their needs.
I just wanted to say when I cane in for some paint I was help led by a wonderful worker named Alexis she had 100/10 customer service skills and it felt really good to have someone like herself help me out.
