“This was my first time at this outlet. I was visiting for Thanksgiving shopping with my family and came on Black Friday. It was pretty good. I went into the Coach Outlet and a gentleman assisted me with excellent customer service. I can’t remember his name but he was very nice and helpful.”

“I absolutely love what they did with this old mall. I wish they would do this to more failed/vacant malls. There is lots of entertainment, a variety of food and some shopping.”

“I go to quite a few Goodwills looking for bargains, and I'd give this store more stars if there were more. It's clean and organized, and goods are on the shelves nicely. I'm not sure what's going on with the rest of the stores, but they need to take a long, hard look at this store. The guy that owns Goodwill is already filthy rich quit raising the prices. I believe the managers name was Mary. Thank you again for having such a nice store.”

Mid Rivers Mall employees and stores assists professionally, tactfully, and present friendliness with people's needs and desires like they're trained to do, and they highlight at certain stores couples anniversary and birthdays plus do something as a special reminder that they are loved.
