I must have had someone new. I went in and wanted a face frame and some long layers. I ended up leaving with a mullet. This was the worst haircut I've ever had. My hair was being tugged at so much it hurt (I dont have a sensitive head either), she was relining up her cuts so many times, she said she lost her guide. In the end, I had very obvious layers that were not even the same lengths on both sides. She ended up giving very heavy/ chunky curtain bangs instead of a face frame. The front half of my hair was half the length of my hair in the back (my hair in the back went down to the middle of my back while the "layers" and "face frame" were at my shoulders, there was an obvious 6-7 inch different). So much hair growth just ruined. I cried for an hour after leaving. I've been wearing my hair in a ponytail every day until I can get this fixed somewhere else. If you get your hair done here MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY WHO YOU WANT CUTTING IT. Don't do a walk in like me. It was the worst mistake. To get it fixed I'm going to have to cut off so much hair ?

I try my best to get Heather to do my cut because she knows how I like. I get a bald cut and not everyone knows how to do that except for Heather. She is kind, professional, and easy to talk with.

We were in there this morning despite being the only stylist there, and lots of other people wanting services Rose was amazing with my son who is on the spectrum. He isn’t a huge fan of haircuts. It looks better than I could have imagined. She was truly wonderful. We were in and out quickly with out being rushed. I would give her more stars if I could.

I REALLY love being able to do online appointment scheduling. In my case, I did it on my phone, right from where I was a few doors down at Fantastic Sams. I was immediately able to get an appointment (there was no one there) and was out in about 25ish minutes. That isn't to complain about FS or their services AT ALL because I was the one who didn't make an appointment, and in fact I usually do get my hair cut with them thru phone appointment, but I decided to risk it and walk-in that day. That was my mistake.
Rose was the one who cut my hair here, and she was very welcoming and understanding of what I wanted done which was lterally just 2 inches trimmed and some layers added in the back to create movement again. She did a great job all while being nice to chat to, and to top it all off, it just so happened to be a week ago Tuesday I was there and Tuesdays are $3 off haircuts!
I may just come here again when I decide to get another trim or chop because like I said, the online appointment scheduling is sooo nice.

Amy, my stylist, is the best! She is attentive, caring and skilled at styling hair. The color is perfect. She also decorates the place with seasonal colors and makes it warm and friendly.
