4/21/25 @ 1:30 pm. Dark hair girl in glasses working in the wash area. RUDE and vulgar language when she guided me in. I went past where she needed because she is clueless on how to guide vehicles in. If she worked for my company she’d be Fired!

Club Car Wash is easy to access and provided a quality wash, consistently. I do wish their towels to wipe off excess water were of a better quality.

Do not pay attention ONLY to the person waving you ahead. They have a habit at this location of waving you forwards when the other employee is still in front of your car and would be hit. Especially the petite brunette. Maybe she hates the guy she’s working with?? This is my least favorite Club Carwash location. I won’t be coming back. Car was not clean afterwards-primarily because of the poor pre-spray the two teens ‘did’ (did not do correctly).

I have the monthly MVP membership. I live exactly 0.3 miles from this location but I go out of my way to the Wentzville or Bryan Rd location. There are never any towels in the mailbox. If there is there's 1 in the back that you can't reach. Everytime I ask for a towel they refuse and tell me to park and get one from the cart near the vacuums. I also never get my free air freshener. The manager with glasses and blonde hair runs this location poorly. Like I said, literally go out of my way to go to other locations.

My car is dirtier now than it was entering the car wash. After getting home 1.3 miles I have tire shine every where and it's litterally running down my wheels. Told him it's turned off in my account then every excuse after that was just funny! Basically it's just the way it is lol! It is only the Bryan rd location. It's clearly not working properly but I just got brushed away. The only solution was to go thru again but "it will happen again".

I wanna say my only gripe about this location is the lack of the air nozzle like some of the other locations have. I love going to the Highway N location mostly for that reason.
The vacuums at this location have great suction! I also wish their business model would incorporate a quick towel dry like Driven Detail does. Driven Detail doesn’t have the air nozzle so I guess you take the good with the not so good.
The Carwash itself seems to do a pretty good job and they DO offer complementary towels if you have time to further detail your car.

Went there on a Tuesday and the MVP option (most expensive) was half price! $12 only from $25! My car was so clean and stayed clean for a long time! Will be coming back! On a Tuesday again!
