I had several issues but they were very honest and called me to let me know my timing chain had been changed and looked newer rather than older so saved me money and walked me through the work. Fast. Friendly. My biggest issue is your call center. I called, they said oh we have an appointment at 5pm tonight for your emissions test. I said great, I'll be there. I get there, and the location closes at 5. The manager was very accommodating to getting me in the next morning, but something so easy as this could be avoided.”
“They lost an employee an hour before my appointment, and the manager was trying to keep everyone happy. When I suggested coming today instead, he left it up to me for my convenience.
Today, they got my car fixed and on the road in the exact window they quoted. It drives better, and the visit was hassle free.”
