Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) is a trusted healthcare facility founded in 2008 by an emergency medicine physician to offer fast, friendly, and affordable care in every community. Designed as a convenient alternative to emergency rooms, TAUC aims to reduce wait times and provide efficient medical services. Patients typically spend less than an hour at the clinic, benefiting from on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, IV hydration, and more, avoiding the frustration of overcrowded ERs and unpredictable bills. Reviews highlight the excellent organization and helpful staff at the O’Fallon location. Patients appreciate the wait time updates, well-organized process, and the convenience of the on-site pharmacy, which offers low-cost prescriptions and eliminates extra errands, especially during late hours. Staff members, including nurses, techs, and providers, are described as sympathetic, attentive, and thorough, taking time to explain diagnoses and treatment options. For example, in cases of chest pain or illness, patients felt reassured by prompt testing, thorough care, and appropriate treatment, including medication at reasonable prices. The facility’s hours are convenient, with a connected system that allows referrals to other nearby locations if immediate care is needed. Many reviews mention how quick and friendly their visits are, with some patients receiving steroid shots for strep or bronchitis and feeling better within hours. Overall, TAUC in O’Fallon is highly recommended for its quick, compassionate, and comprehensive urgent care services.
I signed in on line. They told me to come in and I had no wait. The staff was wonderful. I was even able to buy my Rx there.

Wonderful experience at Total Access Urgent Care. I heartily recommend them to anyone needing care. I went for chest pain. Since I am 67 they did a quick EKG, four baby aspirin, off to ems.
