I needed spray in bedliners for two of my work trucks and was referred to Total Customs by O'Fallon GMC. They were able to get me in next day, and completed the jobs quickly and very professionally. The bedliners look absolutely spectacular, and I could not be happier with the end result or the service. I will be using them exclusively in the future. Thanks Kelly!

Placed order on Thursday morning was told items would arrive Friday morning no problem. Set Appointment for the following Tuesday.
Friday after 3 PM get message my appointment is now following Friday. Called in and was told oh yeah we can do that. Show up Tuesday morning 8:30AM for 9AM appointment was met out in the parking lot and was told yeah we cannot do today as the parts didn't arrive due to weather.
Seems odd since Friday you said parts were in. Oh the weather issued they did not arrive from Kansas City. Weird because the weather was not until Saturday night / Sunday. And why was I not called prior to my arrival? Why did you rush outside to tell me this and not allow me to walk in? Then get call Wednesday hey we can do the job if you can leave with us for few days.... I return call and say it was to take one day, Well the parts didn't come in from Arkansas so we are now trying to fit you in.
Thanks but no thanks. You have not been truthful.

No one else could get me a replacement window for my truck topper. 10 minutes after walking in I was leaving with a replacement ordered & install scheduled. Awesome service.

I always bring my vehicles here for window tint. They do the job right the first time and take care of your vehicle like it's their own. I've also had them do a few bed liners for different trucks of mine. Perfect every time.
