My charging port was not working properly. I tried cleaning it several times with little success. I stopped in at ubreakifix, and within minutes, my phone charged again as it should. I was very impressed!

I was there because my phone wouldn't charge, and I thought I needed to replace the charging port, but the very honest woman told me she would clean it, and she did, and my phone was fixed. The service was excellent.

My Galaxy s22 phone started malfunctioning. It would restart on its own regularly and there were significant delays every time I touch the screen. It was also difficult to get it to start up and shut down at times. I spent many hours on my own trying to fix this. I went online and went through the troubleshooting process and did everything possible. All the troubleshooting procedures say if it doesn't fix the problem do a factory reset. I did that and nothing changed. I was just about ready to buy a new phone which I didn't want to do, and I found uBreakIFix. There was no charge to hook it up to their Samsung Diagnostics. Within 15 minutes a technician came back to me and said there was an issue with some software and that everything was fixed. This was after I had called EPC. We previously had a great experience with them but after telling them what was going on with my phone, they said nothing could be done.
I am thrilled to have found uBreakiFix.

We had a charger break off in the iPad port and Tony was able to fix it in two minutes. He didn’t even charge us! Go see them if you have any iPad issues!

Quick, Fast, and Professional!
My daughter got a charging tip stuck in her iPad twice in one month. The first time we brought it up they were able to get it out within 15 min, and to my surprise didn’t charge us. The second time, they cleaned the port out to prevent it from happening a 3rd time! I was pleasantly surprised at their quick service and excellent customer service!
