Horrible pricing for fax services. 2 dollars a page? I am amending this review. I checked pricing elsewhere and this is competitive. Still shocking. 27 page document. The store team was quite helpful and nice. And, I do appreciate the response here from the Owner. Thank you for the follow up.

I have never had a problem with returning all my Amazon returns through this store. I have gone here at least a dozen times in the last 5 years.
Usually when I go there are not too many people waiting in line and the ladies that serve me are friendly, patient and helpful. Today they had a tower of packages waiting to be picked up. I’m not sure if the one ups truck that was in front of the store was big enough.

I never write reviews but all of the staff in this store was under-trained and in horrible moods. I heard more complaints of how many packages they were receiving (given I understand and resonate with being short staffed especially during the holidays as I work in sales) than them actually helping customers….i will say they moved quick but were very dismissive and seemed uneducated on some processes. The delivery drivers outside the store were nicer than the sales representatives. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and assume their staff was stretched but basic kindness is the first step of customer service.
