I always use this store because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but today I was very disappointed. I went to do my Amazon return I get there and I am having trouble finding the bar code so I ask the girl if she could help me since I did not bring my glasses in and I get a blank stare so I ask again and she says I need your bar code. I responded I know but I can’t find it like normal. So finally she looks at my phone and tells me what link to push. I get the code and turn it to her so she can scan it. She says I can’t scan that. Why not? We don’t scan those? I always bring my packages here and I have never had a problem. Well we can’t scan that. Again why? You need a label. I have never needed a label before. Well this time you need a label. Is this a change no. Then why do I need it if I have never needed it? Another girl responds that is not an Amazon return. Yes it is. No it’s not so you need a label. Again it’s an Amazon return I always walk I. They scan my phone and leave why do I now need a label. Again a new girl well that is not Amazon it’s a seller through Amazon and you have to print a label or it has batteries so you need a label.Why couldn’t they have just said I’m sorry that is not a direct purchase from Amazon so we need a label to send it back at the beginning. No offer to help no well we can print it for you but it will be $$. They acted like I had 2 heads and spoke a different language. I have never been frustrated with the employees in the past but today was horrible. I don’t know everything they know and a little bit of guidance and help would have made the situation so much better.

Items I ship via UPS are typically eBay sales and all shipping and payment functions are handled through that site. When I drop off the package at this UPS Store I have little interaction with the employees but they're always welcoming . Today, I had a non-eBay shipment. With an online promotion UPS offered a savings of $10 over USPS Priority or package mail. The delivery time was the same as USPS Priority's anticipated schedule. Moreover, the UPS site was easy to navigate for payment and label printing.

This post office stole my package. Website said delivered and signed with signature at 3:53 which is the same time that I've seen the mailman or lady drive by the house and never stopped in delivered boots. We'll be going up to the police department and f iling a report against this mailman or lady

If you want to use this as only a shipping service this is perfect but if you need printing services, go somewhere else. I submitted a print service job via their web site and scheduled the pick up for the following day. I went in 26 hours after I submitted the order and the staff had no clue about my order, I even got the excuse "we are the afternoon shift" from one of them. Long story short, 30 minutes later I left the store with my order but that is after they had to call off duty workers to find out how to print double sided since no one there knew how and they wasted more paper trying to properly print my order than what my print order was for. Needless to say I won't be using that store to print anything again.

Went above and beyond to locate myself after I left a personal document behind without knowing. I was contacted by an employee on Facebook and asked if I was in the store and if so what specific business I was doing, after confirming I was appropriate person, let me know they secured my document and I could retrieve on my convenience. I would have never realized I left it behind until months down the road and would have had it lost. Thanks again to Kevin!!
