The ATM never works correctly. I work during bank hours so I have to use the ATM all the time. It doesn't take your money half of the time or takes some and spits the rest out. Now there is something new asking if preferred language is English. I hit yes and chinese writing came up. Then I finally got my deposit in and it didn't email me a receipt and said it was out of printer paper.

It costs $7 for one paper to print a statement. Since when did it cost that much for one piece of paper? My mother went two weeks ago and it didn’t cost anything. Clearly the lady was lazy and didn’t want to do her job. Unbelievable how they are charging customers now a days.

Absolutely the slowest usbank location anywhere. One car in front of me and it takes 30 minutes to make a deposit. Incompetent tellers plague this place.
