Charles greeted me warmly even though it was cold out. Matt was able to get me in a bay and taken care of as quickly as he could, he is always very nice and takes care of my car when I come in.

I had an incredible experience at this location! Chris, the manager, along with the entire team present that day, were absolutely amazing. When my engine light came on in my Chevy, Sonic, Chris promptly diagnosed the issue and provided spot-on recommendations that resolved the problem perfectly. If you're seeking fast, friendly, and accurate service, I highly recommend this place. They truly deserve a glowing 5-star rating!

The assistant manager here was absolutely amazing!!! I believe his name was Chris, I haven't also had the best experience at Valvoline but I will always bring my vehicles to him

They treated us so well here. My mom's 90, and they got her in even with a solidly booked schedule. That's going the extra mile! And they even loaned me a phone charger ?.

Horrible experience!!! Called before I drove over to get a state inspection, was told it was a good time to show up. Show up, inspector is on vacation. Ask which other location would have one, they tell me K & N. I called AHEAD OF TIME. I am told the address to go to. Show up, guess what... can’t do an inspection for 4+ hours. I ask why they didn’t say that when I called. They stated that the local number I called was for a place in Kentucky, and they answer questions that they don’t have any information about.. aka Lie to people. I drove to 3 locations in all spent 45 minutes driving just so they can tell me they can’t do it after I got there.. Terrible business, this required the smallest of effort on their part and they just kept sticking with their same dishonest behavior.

Very disappointed. What I thought would be 20-30 mins turned into an hour. This specific Valvoline has 3 bays, when I arrive all bays inside were in use and Bay 2 & 3 had other cars waiting outside, so naturally I pulled up outside of bay 1. As I sat there I could see that they were cashing out the car in bay 1 & 2. As this was happening, the car outside bay 2, drove inside and an employee came out and welcomed me and and told me it would be about 5-10 mins and to pull behind the car in bay 2, I didn’t question it because maybe they were going to close Bay 1. Meanwhile another car pulls in behind bay 1 and then sits there for a few minutes and then pulls right into bay 1, I’ve been sitting in bay 2 for about 5 or so minutes at this point. I’m a little aggravated, because it doesn’t make sense why I was directed to another bay. Then the car in bay 3 is leaving and then a car randomly pulls up and they start serving this car, so now I’ve been waiting for 20 mins while they service two cars after my arrival, when I could have been directed to bay 3. I continue to wait about another 10 mins and I’m finally directed to pull into bay 2. So 30 mins at this point, the car in bay 3 is staring to pay, they had me sit another 10 mins inside without helping me. And still servicing both cars in bay 1&3. By the time someone comes over to me to start the process, the car in Bay 3 leaves and they pull in yet another car. And immediately start the service with this customer, so to say my patience was running thin at this point is an understatement. Nobody ever acknowledged my extremely long wait time or frankly seemed to care for that matter. I was very nice and just waited patiently. By the time my service was done, the car that had pulled next to me was also done. So they ended serving a total of 3 car prior to me, that arrived after me.I understand it was a busy time, however, paying attention and helping customers in a timely manner is an essential aspect of having a successful business.The employees were very nice, just lacked organization. Just not sure I will visit another location in the future.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

DO. NOT. Go to this location. I've gone multiple times over the past year or two. I've had at least 3 previous instances where they've left oil on my car (most times more than they left on my car this current visit). I contacted this once and they gave me $15 for a car wash. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and knowing they made their mistake right, I went back. It has happened just about every time I've returned. This time was no exception. This time I noticed however my hood was left ajar after I had left. Turns out they closed my hood with a tool sitting under it (which could've caused damage considering where it was laying). If you want your tool back, it's in a trash can on Hwy K. Considering each oil change is $125, this is ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen-- I've been forgetful myself. But with how consistent these issues have been, I will not be returning.
