Store employees at this location are very nice and helpful. Only issue I have is trying to find items in stock sometimes and register rewards not printing. I wish they would remove the Catalina machines and just stick to Walgreens cash.

I haven’t had a negative experience here. The pharmacy staff are polite and helpful. I also picked up an online order from this location and the guy at the photo counter along with a manager assisted me in a timely manner.

As a physician I waited 20 minutes on the phone and never had a response. After calling the store they proceeded to tell me the pharmacy had closed. Very poor customer service.

Store management here is awful. He’s very self-centered and seems to care very little about his employees and customers. 2 Stars for that alone.

This location really needs to get it together. I used to use the location on Central School Road & I never had any issues. I recently moved near this location on South K & have used it twice and it has been awful each time.I got a vaccine there in October and one in November. Went on weekdays and there were no customers waiting in the pharmacy. Both times it took over 30 minutes because the staff forgot that I was waiting. I will not be using this location again for anything, no matter how close it is to my house!

Melanie in the pharmacy is absolutely the best person there that’s ever interacted with me. She makes everything easy, she’s unbelievably nice, and she always finds a solution to any problems. If she weren’t there I would choose another location. Thank you Melanie, for your kindness and helpfulness. You’re the best person they have working there.

I use this pharmacy almost every month. I.moved here from Blue Springs Mo. Everyone here should be thankful to have such a great pharmacy. Even during busy hours I have been serviced quickly and politely. In Blue Springs it was common to need to return hours later and hope you didn't wait 30minutes to pick up your RX.

Scheduled my Covid booster shot online today at this location, completed all the paperwork, received a confirmation, showed up on time only to discover that the pharmacy was temporarily closed. The store manager could only apologize and say that someone should’ve called me. I decided to go further on to the Highway K and N location. Only to be turned away because they were so booked. I then called the central school location as one last try. They only had Moderna boosters, but Amy saved the day by calling Janelle at the Jungerman location who was able to immediately fit me in. So I’m happy that I did receive the booster albeit at a different location after a frustrating experience at 4650 Highway K.
