I just received my holster and mag pouches from Weber, just by the look and feel you can tell is a high quality product. My main review is to their customer service, their response time to any question or concern is just amazingly fast even before making any purchase. Jessica is great and went above and beyond to make sure I receive exactly what I need.

Excellent customer service. Special shout out to Jessica who facilitated my order. I initially had issues placing my online order (website not being able to capture/store cc details). Jesicca went above & beyond to make sure my order went through and have my item delivered at a very expeditious manner. She's also very receptive to all the product queries and information & responds swiftly. Her replies & e-mail decorum is exemplary, and customers would really feel that they are valued. I dig Weber tactical holsters, belts etc. & that's what made me come back and purchase more items. Great sturdy construction for competition. With the excellent design of the Gamer holster and the double layer construction, it will be a smooth drawing holster with a long life. It is as quick to draw as any MRH or Alpha racer holster, and is legal for Production and Carry Optics. The best part is you do not have to wait for what some other holster manufacturers call 12 weeks and actually mean 20. They keep a very strong supply on hand but if you want, they can build you hundreds of crazy color combos to suit your needs. Thanks Team Weber Tactical!

I met the owner in mid-Missouri around 2014 and was amazing such small hands could create such nice holsters. 8 years later and I'm still using Weber gear for both competition and EDC.
