I called up there to check on my photo order. I called the photo department. No one was available so they sent me to a different department. A lady answered and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero I would. The technician who called me to let me know my script was ready I pick up, hung up on me with an "ok". When in the store picking up my script, and verbalizing my dissatisfaction to the pharmacist, he also said,"ok". Nothing but patronizing inconsiderate employees. CVS will be getting my business from now on. It's bad enough that Walgreens got called out for over pricing. Now their employees represent the company as jerks.

Same experience as the first girl. Female Pharmacy Tech was very rude and very disrespectful. I work in customer service and would never let her remain on my team.

I stopped into my local Walgreens this morning to restock on cold remedies. It was quiet in the store except for one very friendly associate who made a point to greet every customer as they entered. I even saw him greet a customer in the aisles that had slipped by as he was restocking a shelf. As I made my way to the register he was waiting to ring me out. During the transaction my nose started to run and a couple sniffs in the gentleman kindly offered me a tissue (and one for the road). It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. I haven't seen him on the store before, but hope he stays. Thank you Michael P. For getting my Friday off to a great start!

I definitely wont shop at this Walgreens any and I most likely will give cvs my business. My issue isn't with the pharmacy but the people working in the store at check-out. Its like half the time you get someone in a fog and clueless and move in slow motion. Does anyone teach employees how to hustle anymore. I noticed this at other Walgreens to. Oh yeah and their rewards program and the coupons they give is a joke. Im willing to pay more at other places that have a better trained workforce. If I could give them zero stars. I would.

On 4.3.19 I made my very last visit to this pharmacy of habitual disrespectful employees with intentions to pick up a prescription I verified it was ready via phone. I pulled up to the drive thru and encountered Amanda who displayed an attitude with me overhearing me venting to my son about my doctor's office. After I paid and signed for my prescription, I grabbed my prescription sat it on my lap then reached to grab my debit card and she almost closed my hand in drawer. I advised her to watch it and she responded, "no you watch it" twice. So I went inside to report er misconduct to the pharmacy manager John P. As I started talking, Amanda turned around and started laughing. John stated immediately jumped to her defense by stating he didn't think anyone would do that and refused to acknowledge the misconduct of his employee. This location seems very racist, discriminatory and prejudice. This is the 2nd complaint I've had to report to corporate regarding the pharmacy employees within the last 45 days!
