I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated like I was yesterday, December 12th 2024 at the O'Fallon Missouri post office.
I myself suffer from anxiety issues so when I get into a large crowd I tend to get nervous and my anxiety starts acting up a little bit. I went to pull the number from the machine so I can mail a package to my son in Kuwait and evidently the lid was broken because they had it taped up. For some reason. I pulled my number. The whole roll comes out of it and rolls clean across the entire front lobby and somehow turns and comes back down the other side of the counter all the way back to me. Granted it was kind of funny but not one employee came out to help me. There are a thousand labels on the ground. I'm trying to clean up and my anxiety kicked in badly. I was crying. I was shaking and nobody helped me. I left. I will never be back. It was the scariest thing I have had to deal with. It took me until the next day to get over that I couldn't stop shaking and crying.
Shame on you for letting me go through that and not helping me.

I never receive the mail I’m supposed to be getting I use the informed delivery so it tells me what I have and it’s never there, I don’t normally complain but this is getting old especially when I don’t receive my packages either

Prompt and courteous. I ship a lot of packages and they are always ready to help and professional. I wish all post offices could operate like this one.

My normal mail service is great. The biggest problem is I never receive packages to my house, they are always sent back to the post office for pickup and their hours are terrible.
