Nobody cares at this institution. It has been ran poorly in two different banks and online they won't answer or seen untrained. They have our MONEY and we get very bad service. I am on my way to close all accounts and find a respectable institution

Had appointment for 12:30, when we arrived they could not see us due to insufficient staffing. Sent us to BoA on Manchester Rd. Establishment was notified we were on our way.One banker & he would squeeze us in after his 1 & 130 appointments. He was rude & he had No customer service qualities.Closing my accounts out and banking elsewhere!

Stopped by yesterday. Francis was amazing he actually remembered me from a month ago bcus of a conversation we had. The issue is that there is no longer a drive through and going inside always takes an extremely long time bcus there is always only one teller. I went prior to an appointment to cash a check to have cash on hand and there was a line and no clerk at the window so I had to leave to avoid being late. Came back at closing time and was in and out. If the drive through is permanently closed. There needs to be more tellers at this location. I only opened an account here bcus I just moved here from Alabama and I live next door to the bank but I can never go in and out under 20 minutes or more.

This branch has been understaffed for over 2yrs, is closed sometimes within their operating window. It’s not the best option.

Would give it a zero if that were possible. Waited in line 40 minutes to make a deposit. There was an issue with the person at the window but there were multiple employees walking around chatting who could not/would not help the waiting line. Finally, a manager came to the line and asked if anyone had a deposit. I answered I did. He asked if it was a check and I said, "No!" He walked away. Their customer service is severely lacking!

Been to the location twice to close an account over the past month that is still not closed. It's always something and they never answer the phone! BOA services are horrible! Not centered or geared towards meeting the customers needs at all! Far from convenient and every little thing is such a hassle to get done or completed!

You have to wait at least a hour for anything and they are a lot of times rude. I really hate this is now the closest Bank of America to me that’s actually open !

It was VERY busy this morning. I thought I might be there for hours, but there was an employee coming through with an iPad trying to help who she could. When I got to the teller, Laura (she gets the whole 5 stars), she was so pleasant and talked with me while still doing her work quickly. I was in and out much faster than I expected when first seeing the line.

Okay, so I've been here several times, but specifically twice this month to do some non-typical transactions that I can't do online. Both times I was met by friendly, helpful (but not overly helpful) staff. Really just genuinely kind people. I am disabled and noticing my cane, one of the staff, Emily, went and got me a chair to sit in line in. And then offered to help me move it as I moved in line! As someone who lives with chronic pain and disability, I almost NEVER get that kind of help from people and businesses. So thank you to this bank, the all staff, and Emily!

Only one teller and struggling. Lines are huge even on a weekday. No sense of peoples time. In comparison US Bank is fully staffed and pleaseant.

Okay, so I've been here several times, but specifically twice this month to do some non-typical transactions that I can't do online. Both times I was met by friendly, helpful (but not overly helpful) staff. Really just genuinely kind people. I am disabled and noticing my cane, one of the staff, Emily, went and got me a chair to sit in line in. And then offered to help me move it as I moved in line! As someone who lives with chronic pain and disability, I almost NEVER get that kind of help from people and businesses. So thank you to this bank, the all staff, and Emily!
