The young cashier who rung me out was very rude and unprofessional. She was texting most of the time while I was at at the register. When I first walked up she had to finish sending a text before she helped me then she didn’t even have the courtesy to say hello and greet me. I had to ask for my receipt and when it was time to go she says alright bye and goes back to texting. No, thank you have a nice day. Please teach your employees to do better and have better customer service.

I was there today 6-28-24 and the lady at the register was so rude! She was on the phone and very dismissive with an annoyed attitude. Smh

As I was checking out a Black man in his 50s who was checking ppl out came up to my shopping cart & angrily kicked it out from me as I was placing my items into the cart. I told him I needed it to which he just glared at me. People employed here are EXTREMELY racist towards White ppl. Most of the time this store is closed & you never know when its open for business.

The manager on shift is just rude and disrespectful arguing with customers.Their customer service is a 3 now definitely if he's in charge you treat the customer with respect but obviously that's not a thing there

The Dollar Tree in Overland plaza is just not stocked well. I can never find what I'm looking for. Before they moved, it was always well stocked.

I applied for this job last Friday did it interview and the lady Amber which is the hiring manager never called me back after I’ve been calling and leave messages and when I just called up there to The dollar tree they say don’t nobody name Amber worked there but I remember the old lady at the register saying that her name was Amber now I’m slow or is slow I just wanted a job she said she needed a stockers. Why are you stocking if you need stockers that doesn’t make sense
