The lady behind the counter had a attitude about everything said she wasn’t going to rush herself for anyone and then was completely rude to a DoorDash guy returning the wrong balloons wish I could have seen her name she just thinks her job is so hard filling balloons

They were doing the best they could with low staff and high volume in orders. I came in 1/6 and when I went to look at the balloons the young lady doing the inflating advised that the wait was 15 minutes. Get to the counter, the cashier says an hour. Okay. Then the two associates blowing up the balloons were talking about the customers remarks regarding the wait in a rude manner. Did not appreciate that, I could understand why a customer would be concerned if giving contradicting wait times. Overall, recommend ALL associates to be on the same accord and customer slandering should be done in the back room or office, not on the floor with other customers.

It doesn’t make sense how a balloon store can’t fill balloons you buy from them in store because it’s outside “balloon center hours,” yet I couldn’t seem to find any balloon center hours online. And cherry on top they told me their balloon center hours are closed I left but then went back inside to ask a question and there was a girl inflating a balloon there as I was walking in.

We had an unfortunate experience recently—encountered impolite and impatient staff who appeared disinterested in their work. Despite positive experiences in the past, yesterday was disappointing.I would suggest everyone reading this to switch to Amazon to avoid the disappointment and the unpleasant treatment.

Can’t imagine worse customer service. I came in to buy 1 single ballon (from a balloon store) and they told me they couldn’t take anymore walk in orders, only online. But I’m standing right in front of a lady who is blowing up balloons with money in my hand. It takes 30 seconds to blow up a balloon and they wanted me to place an entire online order. What is the point of having live employees and a brick and mortar store if customers cannot purchase a single item in person after waiting in line? I looked online and it was a two hour wait. So you want me to place an online order for 1 balloon that costs $ 1.56, wait two hours then come back and wait in line again talk to the same lady and get a balloon? This makes no sense. If they are no longer excepting walk in customers, there should be a sign or someone announcing that they’re no longer excepting walking customers instead of having people who are walkins wait in line for 20 minutes.

We had Great service at Party City Creve Coeur. During the Halloween costume weekend rush, the manager was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. We will be back for all of our party needs!

Went to pick up a balloon order for my son's birthday, stood at the counter and waited to be acknowledged while the associate arranged a balloon bouquet. Nothing. Not just a moment, not be with you shortly, nothing. Finally I said, "should I go to the register to pick up my balloon order?" She said, "no what's the name on the order?" I told her, she handed my balloons to me and I left. 30 minutes later the game controller balloon completely deflated and the #3 balloon was still deflating. I never heard the helium seeping out and there were no holes. I know how to properly store balloons this is not my first rodeo and for the price this was very disappointing.

Stopped by this location to pick up some balloons. We had no idea what we were doing and the customer service was so informative and patient. Olivia was especially helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with a solution for our mistake with bad time management. Saved us and the party! Thank you so much Olivia! She’s the best!

The staff offered a cheerful and attentive mood. The store was organized. Didn't have the balloon we were looking for, but we made something work.
