“I called the Olive FedEx office location On a Friday night at about 620 hoping that I would be able to get something notarized there as I had tried to previous UPS stores who advertise that they have a notary available from open to close, but in fact, do not. The representative who I spoke with at the Store‘s name was Deja. She was very delightful and upbeat and very empathetic to my situation. She also told me that she had thought that the UPS store had a notary on site from open to close as they advertise and had mentioned it in the past when their notary service wasn’t available. I told her oh she better not do that anymore because UPS does not have one there as Advertised. But then she went on to tell me that I could do this online through FedEx and a service called notarize. I was ecstatic! I needed this form notarized As soon as possible and I was returning to work the following day for 12 1/2 hour shifts from 6:30 in the morning until seven at night and would not have been able to get that form notarized had she not told me about the online service. Deja, thank you! You saved the day”

He checked my ID, asked me to verify the addresses and double checked if he could do anything else for me. My package was delivered fewer than 48 hours later, as promised.”
