The pharmacy department is staffed with unprofessional and unfriendly employees. They seemed disinterested in you as a customer. They do not smile or speak politely to customers. They are unwilling to go the extra mile for you. I never received an apology when they messed up my prescription.
Staff is not dressed appropriately (not wearing the Walgreens uniform) nor do they speak professionally (maybe appropriate with your friends and family but not with customers).
I suppose the pharmacist and/or store manager do not uphold professional standards for their employees. Either they are timid or don't care.
I would not recommend getting your prescriptions here. Go to the Walgreens pharmacy in Creve Coeur. The employees are way more friendly, caring, and professional.

Please be aware that the elderly woman at the checkout consistently rings up incorrect amounts. She has done this to me twice now - last time, she rang up 10 items instead of 4, and again recently, she rang up more items than I purchased. I only noticed the error when I checked my receipt after getting home. It's important to double-check your receipt to ensure accuracy.

This location has problems staffing pharmacists, which forces them to not keep their posted pharmacy hours, wasting peoples time making trips to stores that are closed when they should be open. Call and check that the pharmacy is actually open before heading to pick up your prescription. They were supposed to open at 9:00 today, but when I got there it was closed, and they had no idea when it would open. After calling corporate who was very little help, I called the store back and was just told that they won't have a pharmacist until 2:00pm today.

They are rude when it comes to the WesternUnion i rather go on anywhere else then this one they had me jumping thru hoops to pick up money when I easily received money from a different Walgreens in a different location in overland I was on the phone with the manager herself and she was screaming at me on the phone

Couldn’t give 5 stars because I usually just use the pharmacy and they are always ghetto. I went in twice today to shop in the actual store and Jerrell was extra nice at the register. Gia was also really nice and when I asked her what aisle the Cheez its are in she actually stopped what she was doing to help me find them. I had a really quick and great experience both times!

I was told when I arrived for my scheduled appointment that they don't do shots at this location and it is a computer glitch in the system....the good news is ... the floors seemed clean and there was no waiting in line at this store as it was virtually void of shoppers

The employees at this location racially profile black customers and follow them around the store. They do not treat non-black customers like this. This appears to be part of Walgreens culture. Whitney and Chris enjoy following black customers around the store. Both of them are unprofessional, passive aggressive, and provide horrible experiences to black customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Hi! I was just at Walgreens In St. Louis at Dielman and Olive Road in St. Louis getting a passport photo for my 3 week old newborn. I wanted to write a note to thank Chris who was the Walgreen's employee who helped me. He was so kind and helpful and caring with my son Henry. I was there alone without my Husband and I experienced some of the best customer service from him. This is so hard to find nowadays and I appreciate Chris going out of his way to help me, he was so patient while trying to get an acceptable passport photo for a 3 week newborn, which is not easy to do. He told me he has been working for Walgreen's for 11 years and you all are very lucky to have him as a loyal employee. Thank you Chris for all your help! Caroline
