I called to ask if they stocked a product, and he rudely said no and hung up. What an absolute joke, lol. I can't believe how unprofessional that was. I deal with many different distributors and have never had a customer service experience like that.

They are always extremely helpful and always have the things I need. They are the first place I go when I need any type of building materials

They can't keep a delivery driver, they've given me the wrong thing several times, and their staff has been snotty each time. It's not somewhere I'll ever do business with again.
