Dori and Aaron at the Osage Beach AT&T store we're both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in with a broken screen on an iPhone 11. They directed us how to go about getting it fixed, and presented several options. They did not try to upsell us. When we talked about the option of a trade-in (which we brought up), they were also very helpful and we eventually decided to do a trade in and move to an iPhone 16 Pro. They also told me about FirstNet, which I qualified for and which seems very helpful. We were very satisfied.

Jonathon was very kind when he had to tell us that this phone had been cancelled from the FirstNet program. The account is supposed to be under this program for both phones because Scott is an EMT. But, it seems, my phone was cancelled. So, to upgrade, we had to pay an unexpected balance. Under the FirstNet, earlier yesterday, we were advised we could just trade up...... that part was rather frustrating. Jonathon was kind and patient while Scott vented about this.
We will continue asking for Jonathon at the Osage Beach store!!
