We had an appointment coming up and was unable to stay while she returned it to my acct, but she said she would have it done and would call me when she had it done. True to her word, she called at the end of the day to say she had returned it to my account. I transferred it to my money market so I could reissue it at a later time. She was very helpful with that. We’ve always had good results with everyone there. I just wish you had a branch in Eldon. We don’t get down that far in Osage Beach often, but there’s been times that I’ve had to make a 40 minute trip because I have to go to the bank. That makes it hard when you’re on a fixed income and the gas prices are as high as they are not.”
