I honestly can say that everyone especially Berry at Carstar is very helpful in finding parts for all my vehicles and having the work done in a timely manner. As long as service continues we will always use them and I will recommend them to other people in need of repairs.

I love this place and all the staff is awesome. I had a part replaced that had come off my ford explorer. They had it ordered and replaced in just a few days. It looks great! It’s the best garage in town.

Jerry runs a great business , I highly recommend Car Star after using them a couple times now, ...it's honestly great work and pricing is very fair.....I was even in a bind with needing the repair on such short notice and Jerry got to my car as quickly as was feasible and he even hooked me up with one of his rentals for during repair..... I was indeed taken care of and will be back if need be.

Have our vehicle sent here by USAA after a deer strike. Excellent work performed on our SUV. CARSTAR of Osage Beach is run by a stellar group of professionals. We are very satisfied and, although is not a place one would be looking forward to revisit, I know that if the need presents itself CARSTAR is the place to go.Services: Painting

They are a very friendly group of people with excellent customer service skills and very professional from the moment you step inside all the way to job completion. They stand behind their work and if there's ANY issue they go back over it to make sure nothing was missed.
