“I went in here to get 3 items my son asked me to pick up (pictures were on my phone). They opened at 12, I walked in told the young man (Kaiden) that my son asked me to pick up these items, as I showed him on my phone, he says “oh yah, no problem, let’s see those flavors 1 more time.” I showed him again and he says, they are out of a flavor on one of the items; we’re also walking to these items as we talk, so I call my son quickly on speaker and let him know I’m here with the guy at GNC. The guy told him the situation, my son chose a flavor from the flavors available, and I hung up with my son. The young man (Kaiden, I asked his name and spelling of it after paying) grabbed it, walked us to the register, asked if my son had a membership, I said probably, Kaiden said what’s his phone number? I gave him the number, got $6 off, paid $140 and was walking out 1 minute after I walked in! WOW! I didn’t even understand 1 single item I was getting! Kaiden knew his store and what was in it! Very impressive for a young man in his age group! Good job Kaiden, you give hope for your generation and represent this company very well! Thank you!”
