“Visited the Osage Beach store this morning with the intent of finding the perfect living room L-shaped sectional. We were helped very quickly by Jeramie, friendly & very helpful sales person. We told him that we were there because our daughter was gifting us a sectional for Christmas and we wanted to find one.
I thought the process would be much harder than it ended up being. She wanted us to find the furniture, complete all the details then she would call in later to purchase over the phone. Jeramie did not blink an eye! He took all our information, prepared the paperwork and BOOM!, it was all done. We LOVE the sectional we chose and Jeramie made the entire process smooth as silk!
