Garden center is better than what you find at a lot of other stores.

Purchased multiple appliances recently from this store. Big mistake. I'd advise you to head to Lowe's or Menards. They both offer price matching and beats dealing with what I had to go through buying appliances here. First purchase on a new fridge spent an extra 15 minutes arguing during the purchase time, as the sales person wanted us to write down step by step instructions on how to get to our house. I brought up the fact that they can use Google or any number of map apps to get here, (we don't live rurally, so it's not like that was an issue) that I was on a time crunch, and she said, "yes, but I still like to give them exact directions by hand." Then refused to move on or help us till we completed her survey of handwritten notes. This should've been my first clue to avoid doing business here. (Also, when I asked the delivery driver later, never even made it to him...Surprise, they just Googled directions.) Installation for the fridge went smooth and I chocked it up to one bad interaction in-store.Went back and ordered a washer and dryer. The man who helped us this time wouldn't stop talking about the previous purchase we made on the fridge, combined with now buying a new washer and dryer. Kept asking what my wife and I did for a living, how we could afford it, he was shocked we spent 'x' in such a short period and was asking about my pay/her pay and where exactly I worked/whether that was common for someone in my field. It was uncomfortable and showed me the larger issue here stems from its sales team and a lack of training on etiquette and sales. I don't want to feel bad spending money, especially for large purchases, or feel like it's a chore to shop for new things because I'm going to get grilled in some way.The final straw was during the delivery of the washer and dryer it was hooked up incorrectly. Spent another thirty minutes fixing it. Would've been easier and faster to just have had them dropped off and installed correctly myself. I ended up doing that anyway. If you don't want a hassle from start to finish, go elsewhere. Buying here ate up a lot of time and caused unneeded frustration. The easiest interaction and least time wasting experience I've had at this home depot was writing this review. Hopefully this saves someone else a headache and they go elsewhere and can enjoy their purchases in peace.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. What an awful experience. The flooring department is the most incompetent group you could ever piece mill together. We had a horrible experience with our installation in our new home, and there has been 0 effort to make it right. The carpet is coming up at the seam in both bedrooms. At this point I’ve spoken to all levels of management, and no one wants to own the mistake. Terrible customer service, terrible follow up from all levels of the team. If you’re thinking about getting new carpets/ floors I strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Hands down the BEST Home Depot! ? They have the BEST staff with great attitudes. They're incredibly helpful & patient when I come in with a crazy lake project I found on Pinterest & a 3rd grade skill level to back it up (no offense to 3rd graders). We ordered all new LVP floors for our lake condo - the experience was super easy & their price was 2/3 the cost of another quote we were given! I love coming to this store & often bring my list from home rather than buying stuff there. ❤️

Love the plant and growing department. They start early and everything you are looking for. No need to shop online when you go to this store!

Not a big fan of home depot. But today found some good deals on some paint to redo. My kitchen also got 10% off from my military discount. Just had a download the app. Save me $8.

I would stay away from home depot delivery service because we have been waiting for stuff from August 19 and they keep giving me around and told me it would be pushed to be here fast. I called them several times. I would have got better service at lowes.

I always liked home depot till i bought some high end flat black paint and so we go home to paint our whole remodeled bathroom. Later that night, my wife starts to smell sewer, thinking it’s the shower drain, we didn’t think nothing about it till the next morning when it was really strong odor. We Google search what it was, and found out it’s moldy, bacteria paint, I take it back to Home Depot, and they proceeded to tell me, for one, they might not even take it back, and two they won’t give me no mold killer to paint over it before the new layer. They tell me just to paint over the moldy paint with new paint and that will be fine enough. In a newly remodeled bathroom, gonna tell me to paint over there moldy paint that they weren’t even going to give it to me for free until I raised hell. But wouldn’t give me any mold killing primer to go on first. Mike, the manager at first didn’t wanna give me a new canna paint, and definitely didn’t give me any mold killing primer. Home Depot just wants to sell me some mold to paint on my wall and then tell me to paint a second layer of regular paint over it. That’s how they work. Lost my business for life. And MIKE sucks as a manager.
